Large Kingsize bedroom in a family home in Whitehall. The room measures 16metres squared. We are a married couple with a 2 young children. This room is available from June. We have another male tenant at the moment. He has a bedroom upstairs. Rent is 1000euro monthly (including gas, electricity, WiFi bills, cleaning) for the right tenant. You will have full shared access to the kitchen and utility. Downstairs W.C will be exclusively yours. Main bathroom is upstairs available for showers / baths. The bedroom is downstairs in a quiet part of the house with a Kingsize bed, two lockers, two small wardrobes, a desk and chair, chest of drawers. We can provide a mini fridge too if required. Please email giving some details about yourself. 2 weeks deposit required in advance and you would need to give two weeks notice if you intend to move out. We will host viewings soon. The room is not suitable for people who work from home. House is very conveniently located with easy access to airport, city centre and many other amenities. We are 6km from the city centre and a two minute walk to the bus stop. Previous people who have stayed with us have loved the convenient location and use of all the common areas. We have a cleaner in every fortnight so your room will be cleaned (if you choose) and bedding changed.
