There is great wardrobe space and light. You will be sharing a bathroom (bath with shower) with one other person. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the centre of Drumcondra and Griffith Park. There is parking available. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and all modern appliances. The sitting room is newly redecorated and has a lovely open fire. New electric storage heaters were recently installed. We've a small patio garden and shed with a space for a bicycle. Bills are extra - bimonthy electricity, monthly wifi and bins. You will be sharing the house with one female in their mid 30s. She is a friendly, social, clean and considerate housemates.
