Available end of July, for a short rent or for a college semester. A lovely spacious and bright single bedroom. Rent is fully inclusive of all bills. The kitchen has all the necessary requirements for cooking meals. There is also a free fast WIFI connection throughout the house. The shower has constant hot water. The room would suit somebody attending college, or internship or an international student on a study/work experience. If you are not in the country I am open to having a video call and a virtual viewing. We are located in a central location and very close to most colleges especially TUD, and walking distance to Trinity University. RCSI as well as most language schools. We are walking distance to the city centre or if preferred both bus and Luas are close by. Two large supermarkets (Tesco and Lidl) are within a 2 minute walk from the house. We are a friendly house but respect the quiet and privacy of each other.
