Spacious room located on the second floor of the house. - Excellent noise isolation. - House located in a lovely private square next to The Gravediggers pub, accessible by the 4, 9, 140, and 83 buses. - Sharing with two others (male and female - not a couple) - We currently have a cat in the house, but the landlord has said no additional pets. We're very clean and keep to ourselves mostly but enjoy a cup of tea or the odd drink together. The house is lovely, very modern and spacious. We have 2 bathrooms (one downstairs, one up) with one very nice waterfall shower and bath. - We have a washing machine and dryer. - 900 euros of rent and deposit does not include bills - Bills aren't included, we split payment of all bills 33% (wifi, gas, electricity, bins - usually 100 a month or so) - We have a cleaner who comes monthly to do the heavy cleaning, so we do spot cleaning and hoovering and sweeping as needed and on a rota (our cleaner is 30 EUR total - and is very good!) - Rent needs to be transferred by the 28th of each month. - One months rent required as security deposit. Looking for someone clean, neat and quiet. We're not a party house as we're both in our 30s and work 9-5.
