On entering the property on the ground floor there is a large bright hallway ideal for storing buggies / golf clubs, 2 double bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms, storage cupboard housing washer/dryer. There are stairs leading to the main reception area.
Ground Floor:
The master bedroom offers a double bed, ample storage space, fitted wardrobes, there are two windows overlooking the back of the complex. There is an ensuite bathroom comprising of a jacuzzi bath, separate shower unit, sink and WC.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, window overlooking the courtyard, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom room comprising of a bath with shower overhead, sink unit and WC.
First Floor:
This beautifully presented open plan room accommodates a cosy sitting room area with a comfy sofa and armchair, electric fireplace, TV and stereo. There is plenty of natural light due to the 5 small velux windows overhead. The kitchen area is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, George Foreman, toaster kettle. The dining area overlooks the courtyard, seating 6 persons.
The heating is electric storage heating and the hot water is heated with an immersion heater.
No 7 Clifden Court is a small complex in the centre of Clifden, there is an underground park, with a lift service to the ground floor of the complex entering into the Courtyard with garden seating and a water fountain, this is a great place to relax and unwind after a day of touring Connemara.
From the Courtyard there is a pedestrain walkway leading you directly into the town with all its bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques, coffee shops and art galleries.

Along the Sky Road is a gateway leading to the ruins of the old D'Arcy mansion, Clifden Castle. Once a Gothic Mansion, the D'Arcy's lived here until 1850 when the estate was sold to the Eyre Family who lived here at intervals until the castle fell into ruin in the early 20th century.
