The ground floor of this spacious property compromises of open plan kitchen, dining and living room with access from the living area to the outdoor back yard area, which is enclosed. Just off the kitchen is a utility/laundry room and a ground floor bathroom/toilet. On the first floor is the family bathroom, with bath and shower. Also on the first floor are Bedroom 1 and 2 which are both double bedrooms, one with an En-Suite Bathroom and shower. On the upper floor is a large bedroom which can sleep up to six people. It has 2 single beds which have pull-out sections which also convert into two additional single beds, totaling 4 single beds. This room also has a large sofa which separates into two spare sofa-beds and may be used by children under 10 if necessary. Baby cot and high chair available by request. DVD player. Pets Welcome. Wi-Fi Available. A supplement of €10 per night or €50 per full week is payable for electricity & heating and this is payable directly to the owner/caretaker.
